What types of therapy do you practice?

I practice individual, couple and family therapy. I also practice hypnotherapy which gives you a deeper understanding of the issues that bring you into therapy. Primarily with individuals, couples and families we’re doing talk therapy, so we’re having a conversation. I’m exploring and helping you understand how your past is impacting your present, and the decisions that you want to make for what is working for you, what serves you and what no longer serves you that you want to change.
